ICM Investment Management Limited ("ICMIM") is appointed as Alternative Investment Fund Manager for UIL Limited, and Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc, and as joint portfolio manager with ICM Limited ("ICM"). ICMIM also acts as sub-investment manager to the Pentagon High Conviction Bond Fund. ICMIM is authorised and regulated in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority.
