Andrew Hartley
CEO, ICM Capital Partners
Andrew Hartley joined ICM in 2023 as CEO of ICM Capital Partners, and is based in Singapore. Prior to this he was CEO for Third500 Singapore, covering TMT and Healthcare opportunities. For over twenty years, Andrew held a number of leadership roles within Investment Bank, CLSA, and he had fund directorship responsibilities within the group private equity business, CLSA Capital Partners, that managed $5b in assets. While in Singapore, he originated both public and private mandates, in the TMT and REIT sectors, raising over $1.5b in capital. For over ten years, and he was a member of the SGX Securities Advisory Committee. Andrew holds a Diploma of Management from Deakin University, Australia and completed the London Business School Emerging Leaders Program. Andrew is the co-founder of Singapore Asset Management Brokers Awards, a charitable non-profit organisation supporting charities across ASEAN.
