Hugh O’Rourke joined ICM in 2021, and he is the Business Development Executive for the Pentagon Bond Funds and Novareum Blockchain Asset Fund. Hugh has over fifteen years’ experience across various roles in treasury, portfolio management and business development at organisations including Sachsen LB Europe, Commerzbank Europe, KBC Fund Management, KBC Asset Management, and Corum Butler Asset Management. Hugh graduated with a Bachelor of International Commerce and German degree from the National University of Ireland Galway in 2004 and obtained his MSc. in Financial Services from the University of Limerick in 2005.
